Bu dersin amacı, Spermatozoon morfolojisinin öğrenilmesi ve spermatozoon morfolojisini muayene ve değerlendirme becerisinin kazanılmasıdır
Spermanın hayvan türlerine uygun spermatolojik parametreler yönünden muayene edilmesi ve in vitro değerlendirilmesi konularını kapsar
